2008-10-11 23:24:37 | | I went to see Oasis in August at GM Place with Kulvir and Sarah. I was glad they played most of their biggest songs. I wanted to hear Live Forever and Acquiesce but they didn't play those, oh well. I didn't really like any of the new material, maybe it will grow on me. I thought the set was a tad short but it might have been even shorter, Liam threatened to walk off after someone threw something. It seems the gallagher brothers bring out the crazy in people, a number of attendees were escorted or dragged out. Ryan Adams and the Cardinals were the second opener, I enjoyed seeing them but I am more a fan of Ryan's solo pop/rock stuff. Was great to hear those classic Oasis songs live. | 0 Comments
